Linkedin Lead strategy and hands on for lead generation

I am looking for a freelancer who specializes in LinkedIn lead generation. This one is not about just writing to 100 people a week! I want someone who knows how to do it and not just do something.
I will pay your hourly rate and if you are successful, a commission for each contact as well. So make an effort in your application, because you can earn a lot of money here.
I only read messages that start with: "hello Dennis, here is my strategy... and the tools...", because there is so much spam here, from people who don't read through the orders.
What I expect first:
1. show me you understand the strategy in some words like "I post and then see what people like or I see what people like and post similar content." Similarly, I expect it for: how you make new contacts, how you generate leads. If you have proof that the concept works you can attach it as a screenshot.
2. i would like to know how you find posts from competitors that work super well.
I repeat once again. Write me: "Hi Dennis, here is my strategy.... and the tools...", otherwise I will not read your application.
