LinkedIn Outreach, Lead Generation and LinkedHelper Automation

I need to hire someone that is an expert in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to connect and sell services for a consulting project to small business owenrs in the USA. Needs to know or have knowledge in Automation software for messaging, specifically LinkedHelper. Also email marketing is a plus.
Lastly I may need things as a personal assistant so must be willing to help in this regard if requested but this is not a requirement.
