Identify Inbound LinkedIn connections and send personalised reply -- 2

I need a system / tool or browser plugin that uses AI. I want 2 pieces.

1. Look for new connections on LinkedIn, send a file as a reply. File will be stored in a Google Drive link (this could be a video file to be sent to the new connection).
or
2. Ideally, want to use AI like Elevenlabs or similar to make a automatic voice note personalised to the person who is a new connection (so I want to create a script that says something like Hi {{contact name}}, thought I would lust drop you a quick note to say thank you for the connection - we do {{service description}} - system then looks for new connections and sends the personalised note.
