Freelance Social Media Content Creator (AI + Brand Strategy + Community Building)

We're seeking a talented and independent freelance content creator. This is an exciting opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools and data-driven strategies to build engaging content and rapidly grow the online presence of both a prominent personal brand in the tech/AI space and a new, exciting wellness brand focused on Bali.

About the Role
You will work closely with an experienced executive and a small, collaborative team to develop and execute content for two exciting areas:
1) Personal Brand in AI & Tech (LinkedIn-focused)
- Grow the personal brand of a senior executive (11K+ followers)
- Drive engagement and build a thought leadership community on LinkedIn
- Use AI and data-driven insights to plan, create, and remix content
2) Emerging Brand in Wellness & Longevity (IG & TikTok-focused)
- Support the development of a wellness-focused brand based in Bali targeted for the international market
- Ideate, create, and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
- Explore themes like longevity, biohacking, wellness tourism, and the Bali lifestyle.
✨ Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Research trends, plan content calendars, and design high-impact storytelling aligned with platform-specific best practices.
Content Creation:
- Craft content in various formats (text, graphics, photos, videos). Develop, remix and repurpose existing content using AI tools.
Performance Review & Optimization:
- Track performance, generate insights, and propose improvements based on engagement and reach analytics.
AI-Powered Workflows:
- Leverage AI tools for automation, content scouting, trend identification, and fast remixing across platforms.
Community & Brand Building:
- Contribute to audience growth, community engagement, and overall brand presence.
Tools & Support
You’ll have access to a set of premium AI tools and will receive guidance on how to integrate them into your workflow. Expect hands-on collaboration, clear direction, and autonomy to execute.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong grasp of social media content trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- Basic familiarity or strong interest in AI tools for content creation and automation
- Excellent communicator and visual storyteller using English
- Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and working in a collaborative setup
- Interest or experience in tech, AI, wellness, longevity, bio hacking or lifestyle travel content is a bonus!
- Eager to experiment, learn, and grow
