I am on the hunt for a knowledgeable recruiter, experienced in the tech industry to find developers for me.

Key Job Requirements:
- Identify and recruit experienced Web/Web3/Blockchain developers primarily from countries including Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Empire of Arab, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Kingdom, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. Developers from Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Russia, etc., are not currently being considered. For the other countries, ask me first.
- Utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, as well as job markets like Upwork and Freelancer to source potential candidates.
- Consistently engage in developer recruitment efforts on a daily basis to meet our ongoing hiring needs. I hope you will find 10+ developers per day.
- Maintain a reliable internet connection and respond promptly to communications.
