Commision-based virtual assistants to do outreach to psychology firms for SMMA business

I am looking for commission-based virtual assistants to help with outreach efforts to psychology firms for my SMMA business. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate the services we offer, including website design, and google ads to potential clients.
The desired outcome of the outreach efforts is to gain new clients for the business.
The target number of psychology firms to be reached is between 11-20.
Experience in sales and marketing, as well as knowledge of psychology and mental health services is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also important.
