I'm looking for someone who has experience sourcing candidates against job vacancies using a CRM and LinkedIn.
We recruit sales positions - so someone with a good understanding on sales titles, how the sales industry works (example: difference between B2B sales and B2C sales - Difference between on the road sales or internal sales)
Ideally, you will have your own tools to scrape contact details and emails off LinkedIn profiles.
We will connect you into our CRM
