UKG HR Specialist with Expertise in HR Business Process Mapping

We are seeking a UKG HR Specialist with deep expertise in UKG Pro solutions and HR Business Process Mapping to support a comprehensive HR Business Process Analysis and Improvement project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with UKG modules and be able to provide detailed process documentation, analysis, and strategic direction for current and planned HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Document current HR processes and workflows, including those within UKG Pro and any external workarounds.
Perform business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Analyze current and planned UKG Pro modules and deliver actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Provide expertise on transitioning from UKG Pro Time Management to Workforce Management.
Guide the implementation of new UKG Pro modules such as Performance and Coaching, Succession, and Benefits Hub.

UKG Pro Onboarding
UKG Pro Learning (LMS)
UKG HR Service Delivery (People Assist and Document Manager)
UKG Pro Performance Reviews
UKG Pro Compensation
UKG Pro Benefits Administration
UKG Pro Mobile Application
Strong understanding of HRIS integrations with systems such as Oracle, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
Expertise in analyzing HR roadmaps and future module implementations.
Deliverables:

Comprehensive documentation of 'as-is' business processes using UKG Pro.
Analysis of existing and planned HR systems, including UKG Pro module recommendations.
Development of an improvement plan with industry best practices and clear timelines for execution.
Detailed project management plans and progress reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with HR business process mapping in complex organizations.
Experience in working on HRIS projects within large institutions, particularly in public service sectors.
Knowledge of UKG Pro solutions and experience transitioning between key HR modules.
