We are looking for an experienced Staffing Recruiter based in India for a 1-month full-time contract. This is a fully remote role. You must be ready to start within the next 7 days.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with LinkedIn job posting, candidate sourcing & screening, and interview scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage job ads on LinkedIn and other platforms
Actively source and screen candidates for multiple roles
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and provide regular status updates
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
Proven ability with LinkedIn Recruiter and job posting tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of candidates
Must be available full-time for 1 month
Ready to start within 7 days
