Sourcing Technical profiles
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for Freelancer Recruiters to work remotely with our recruitment team and work on very specific IT profiles in US market. As a freelancer, you will have the liberty to use your own strategy and own tools!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
-Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
-Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
-Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Knowledge of Contractual, Contract to Hire and Permanent positions and various types such as W2 & Corp to Corp.
-Experience working with the US market;
-Candidate with operational English proficiency; verbal and written communication skills
-Familiarity in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods; Social Media, LinkedIn, Job portals
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
-Experience recruiting technical profiles (ICT/ENG)
