Every profile you send should be pre-qualified for seniority, location fit, and baseline technical or quota-carrying competence.

Deliverables I’m tracking:
• A curated spreadsheet (or ATS import) of qualified prospects with up-to-date contact info
• Brief validation notes for each prospect that highlight why they align with the role requirements
• Ongoing communication so I can fine-tune search parameters quickly
