We’re a growing home health agency looking for a motivated, people-focused recruiter to help us find and onboard top-tier caregivers, nurses, and healthcare professionals. If you have a passion for connecting talent with purpose-driven work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing qualified candidates for home health positions (CNAs, RNs, LVNs, HHAs, etc.)
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating with our internal team for onboarding and compliance
Building and maintaining a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Maintaining candidate records and follow-ups using basic CRM or spreadsheets
What We’re Looking For:
Experience recruiting in home health, healthcare, or staffing agencies
Strong communication and organization skills
Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Knowledge of compliance and credentialing is a big plus
