Recruiter Needed for LinkedIn & WeChat Campaigns

I am seeking an experienced recruiter who can help us connect with top talent in the East. Your primary role will be to develop and execute job posting strategies on LinkedIn and WeChat, with a focus on attracting a high volume of candidates for roles in Business Development, Project Management, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Crafting compelling job descriptions for multiple roles across various functions.
• Running effective job posting campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, with WeChat as a secondary platform.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ideal Profile:
• Proven experience recruiting for global markets, particularly in the East.
• Expertise in LinkedIn and WeChat job posting campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse candidates.
• Results-driven and passionate about talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
