Recruiter/ Headhunter needed to locate candidates for a paralegal position
The paralegal:
:Must have prior experience investigating, evaluating, disposing of, or settling workers’ compensation claims. This includes investigation, determination and evaluations of coverage and compensability. This job will be aiding in the handling of claims filed under the Defense Base Act, so candidates that specifically have job prior experience with claims filed under the Longshore Harbors and Workers’ Compensation Act is additionally helpful, though not required.
We are looking for driven, and team-oriented people to our team! The ideal candidate for this role should have familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the claims management filed. They should possess the experience and judgement to interpret policies and procedures.
DETAILS: This position has been remote since Covid and will continue to be a work from home position.
