I am looking for independent recruiters that want to work internally as a 1099 with my company (given a company email and branding). We have a few vacancies. Anyone with sourcing tools looking to make a lot of commissions, please reach out to me. We’re trying to move this as fast as possible.
Each role that you work on and find candidates for, you’ll receive 30%.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for the mid-level positions
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically in filling mid-level positions
- Familiarity with the specific industry and its requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with multiple hiring managers simultaneously
