Looking for a recruiter who has strong skills head-hunting with linkedin. We need to train internal recruiters to source using linkedin for entry level outside sales positions.

The plan is to have the recruiter run a couple of job reqs while teaching two of our people to source candidates through linkedin. The job reqs are for entry level outside sales positions with no sales experience required. We would compensate based on time and results.
