I need targeted support inside LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover fresh, entry-level candidates from the technology space. The task is straightforward: use our Recruiter seat to run precise searches, screen profiles, and hand back a refined shortlist of people who match the basic criteria I will provide (role keywords, location, graduation year, visa status, etc.).
Expected deliverable
• A spreadsheet with 30–50 qualified tech profiles: name, LinkedIn URL, current title, location, skills summary, and contact email (when visible).
• A copy of the search strings and filters you used so I can replicate or tweak them later.
Quality bar
Candidates must demonstrably sit at the entry level—zero to three years’ experience—within software engineering, product, data, or related technology functions. I will spot-check a sample before sign-off to confirm fit.
If you already work comfortably in LinkedIn Recruiter and know how to leverage Boolean search, spot relevant keywords, and avoid duplicate or stale profiles, this should be a quick assignment.
