Junior Recruiter for Team Expansion

I'm in need of a junior recruiter to help build a team. The roles primarily include Customer Support Agents and Property Managers, with a focus on filling entry-level positions. The primary platform for customer support will be email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for entry-level positions
- Primarily targeting roles in customer support and property management
- Assisting in building a highly efficient team
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in recruitment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to identify potential in entry-level candidates
- Familiarity with property management and customer service is a plus
