I’m expanding our engineering and AI teams and need a seasoned recruiter to keep our candidate funnel full of top-tier talent. Your day-to-day will revolve around sourcing across LinkedIn, leading job boards, and any other channels you trust, then running the first screening call to verify technical depth and culture fit before you pass candidates to us for final interviews.
Most searches involve senior-level software engineers and AI/ML specialists, with an occasional adjacent technical role, so recent success recruiting in those niches is essential. You’ll be working in U.S. time zones, collaborating with a fully remote product and hiring crew that moves quickly and values clear, concise updates.
Deliverables for each opening:
• A curated shortlist of pre-vetted candidates, complete with résumés, screening notes, and availability
• Ongoing status reports so we always know who is in the pipeline and where they stand
