I'm looking for a driven and personable Entry-Level Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Post job openings on internal systems, job boards, and social media platforms
- Source candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
