EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST FOR SALES TEAM
Requirements:
I run an online sales team in the Philippines and am needing to replace my existing team with more quality employee's who reach sale goals. This sales team work from home so can be sourced from anywhere in the world.
I need to add a recruitment officer to my business who can do the following jobs effectively over a 35 hour week with $20 / hour pay.
Job:
1. Place adds across 5 major job sites (Reed, Monster, Office Angels, LinkedIn, Glass door, Fiver etc). 2. Manage ongoing all these adds and reply to all candidates – sourcing only the very best.
3. Interview suitable candidates
4. During interview complete candidates English Comprehension Test, Creative Writing Testing and Speed Typing Test.
5. Deliver 6 quality, highly suitable candidates a week.
6. I expect you to be highly efficient, give me a clear breakdown of your time, so I can pay you weekly.
This is a large ongoing project so needs reliability and results.
7. This is a highly sensitive role so need you to be open minded and think outside the box. Do not apply unless you are of an open mind.
You will be working with the CEO and 2 other members of management.
