LinkedIn Engagement & Appointment-Setting Assistant (via CloselyHQ)
I’m looking for a reliable LinkedIn Engagement & Outreach Assistant to manage conversations, follow-ups, and appointment setting exclusively through CloselyHQ. I am interested in USA, Canada or UK based resources only.
This role does not require direct access to my LinkedIn or Sales Navigator account. All messaging, engagement, and workflow will be handled inside CloselyHQ.
Responsibilities
Manage LinkedIn outreach and replies using CloselyHQ
Engage prospects with provided messaging sequences
Track conversations and move interested leads toward booked calls
Schedule appointments for qualified prospects
Maintain clean communication and follow-up discipline
Content & Direction
All message copy, formats, newsletters, and post content are provided
New videos, insights, and newsletters will be supplied for posting and engagement
You follow the system — no copywriting or strategy creation required unless agreed
Outreach Style
Primarily manual, human-led engagement
Optional use of automated connection requests if you’re experienced and aligned
Compensation
Bi-weekly base pay
10% commission on any sales booked that result directly from your engagement
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable working inside CloselyHQ
Organized, consistent, and professional in written communication
Understands relationship-based outreach (not spam)
Experience with LinkedIn engagement, CRM workflows, or appointment setting preferred
