I'm in need of a LinkedIn expert to assist me with profile optimization and content creation. The primary goal of this project is to make my profile attractive and engaging to job recruiters as part of my job search efforts. I have a LinkedIn profile that needs to be updated and improved.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn profile manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithm and job recruiter behaviors
- Outstanding ability to craft engaging posts that attract job recruiters
- English language is your mother tongue or your skill level is equal or better
- You are an experienced Information Technology professional
- Experience with returning to work profile after several years of semi-retirement
