- Develop and execute a feedback campaign to encourage user participation.
- Contribute to content creation and editing optimized for engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute engagement campaigns across various channels.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on user engagement and feedback.
- Strong understanding of gathering feedback using various platforms and techniques.
- Familiarity with social media engagement, email outreach, and user-centered strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
