URGENT: Online Marketing Expert Needed - 20+ hrs per week/12+ month contract

I'm seeking a versatile marketing assistant to join my team for 15+ hours per week (minimum). Please ensure you read below before applying to not waste your or our time.
NO AGENCIES OR TEAMS - We are ONLY looking for Individual contributors.
You MUST have STRONG skills in:
1. Figma - you've done alot of graphic design; social media posts, can create interactions all in Figma
2. SEO - have technical SEO skills work, particularly in content (NOT all AI)
3. Email - you must have skills in successful email marketing campaigns and scraping tools; integration, CRMs, split-testing etc
4. Backlink building - no 'paid links', you must be clever enough to create collaborations the result in backlinks etc
5. English - STRONG written and spoken English only
DO NOT EXAGGERATE, we will be testing you and our tests are AI fool proof, you won't be able to fake your way through these tests and get the job.
The role involves a mix of marketing channel tasks - ongoing, weekly marketing tasks etc.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in traffic generation tasks: SEO/GEO, Reddit, blog content, and social media management, as the key task for new offers is to help set up offer pages (landing pages) and drive traffic to them (organic traffic), for existing sites it's to grow our traffic.
Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to generate traffic for the projects you're assigned to over a 3-month probation period. After which your hourly rate will increase and your contract will be extended for a further 9-12-month contract. If you perform exceptionally (above traffic targets), you may be offered a % of profit share.
Not essential, but graphic design, branding skills in Figma and Canva, and video editing gives you bonus points.
Bonus points to candidates that have;
- Automation experience in Claude Cowork, n8n, sumopod, APIs etc (also not essential but a bonus)
- Ability to perform web scraping tasks efficiently, email marketing and excellent English (not just AI)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant with a heavy marketing focus or in a mid-weight marketing or more senior role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative flair for design and presentation
- Excellent English communication skills
Ideally looking for candids in Indonesia and/or the Philippines based on similar working hours.
You absolutely MUST be highly organised, have various tools you use to show up on-time to meetings, prepared and maintain and excellent file organsation system as you will be working on multiple projects at once.
