SEO (Outreach Link Builder) Expert - for a Singapore education company

SEO OUTREACH LINK EXPERT HIRING
Hi, I’m a member of FamilyTutor.sg, a growing home tuition agency in Singapore.
Background: We’re working with a Singapore-based SEO company already but we’re looking to find another individual/agency to improve the off-page SEO, specifically the backlinking aspect.
We’re looking for an SEO Expert who can:
1. Advise me on the best possible ways to build credible outreach links;
2. Work independently and build high-quality and powerful outreach links on behalf of the company;
3. And provide timely weekly reports to the company on what has been done and the website ranking improvements that come alongside with it.
Here are some examples of good-quality outreach links/guest blogs from other industry:
a. https://www.hpility.sg/beautify-your-house-interiors-with-flowers/
b. https://www.moneydigest.sg/on-what-occasions-flowers-are-used/
c. https://awinsomelife.org/blog/2021/12/10/in-how-many-ways-are-flowers-used/
They have:
- Proper URL structure
- Proper content body
- Anchor texts leading back to the correct pages
- Either very decent domain authority or are .ORG/.SG/.EDU sites
We understand that high-quality outreach links need good content. If your expertise doesn’t include writing the content itself, it’s okay. We can discuss more.
