SEO Expert Needed for Comprehensive Website Optimization

My website needs an SEO boost. Here is the website: www.cmctelco.com. I am not trying to replace my existing SEO company so please do not pitch that to me it will be rejected. I am looking for some fresh eye on how I can boost our SEO game and produce better results. Some ideas I have is adding webpages that make it very clear what our service area is for example, one of our keywords is cabling contractor. Maybe making a page called “cabling contractor austin” to refine our services areas for example. Maybe a boost of links every month? Just do the reach search and make a proposal please. My monthly SEO company does not make changes to my website, so only offsite SEO. But my SEO company is doing a fantastic job and have us first page ranked now but we need an extra push as our competitors are good at SEO also.
