We’re seeking an experienced WordPress developer (or team) to migrate five large CakePHP sites—each bilingual (English/Arabic)—into a single, SEO‑optimized WordPress installation with region‑specific subfolders. The sites to be consolidated are:

Features & UX: Simple city/category search; optional ratings/reviews; front‑end listing submission; news comments and social sharing; auto‑TOC for long articles; responsive RTL/LTR theme; auto‑posting to Facebook/Twitter.

Architecture: Single WP install with /ksa, /uae, /oman, /qatar, /bahrain subfolders (and nested /ar for Arabic), unified menus, staging/testing per region, 6 months post‑launch support.
