I'm in need of a highly skilled Amazon General Virtual Assistant. The key tasks include managing customer service, inventory, and improving listing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing returns, and managing reviews. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive customer experience and handling potential issues before they escalate.
- Inventory Management: Currently, I am managing my inventory manually. Therefore, I need someone who can help streamline this process and make it more efficient. Experience with inventory management is a must.
- Listing Optimization: I need help improving the visibility and appeal of my product listings on Amazon.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Inventory management experience
- Listing optimization expertise

- Familiarity with Amazon's policies and procedures

Some general tasks include:
Amazon VA below 4 years of experience (cost-efficient for a 6-month job)
Properly educated on the VA job on Amazon (courses, diploma & certifications)
Efficiency in communication & interaction (responsiveness)
Maturity to handle & manage the business as a VA
Sufficient use of AI in all aspects (includes proofreading and reviewing for Amazon SEO, content creation, research etc.)
Amazon A9 algorithm understanding & correct execution
Inventory management, stock tracking & order fulfillment (supplier negotiation & communication would be done by the founder)
Customer service & feedback management (responsiveness)
Marketing & promotion (PPC advertising, social media management & email marketing)
Data analytics & reporting
Lead nurturing & email marketing
Additional duties (compliance, product research & competitor analysis)
