Record Konkani Speech Samples

I’m running a language-research initiative and need clear, natural-sounding recordings from native or highly fluent Konkani speakers. All work is done remotely, and you can use any modern smartphone or home microphone as long as the audio stays crisp and free from background noise. Please record in a quiet indoor setting so the samples remain clean enough for later linguistic analysis.

Depending on the segment you’re assigned, you may read from short prompts, answer open questions in free speech, or team up with another participant for brief dialogues. I’ll share the exact script or topic list once we confirm availability; each session should take roughly 20-30 minutes, and you can complete it at your own pace.

Deliverables
• Raw, uncompressed audio files (WAV or high-quality MP3) labelled with the provided file-name convention
• A one-line note for each file with speaker name, date, and recording location (city)

I review every submission for pronunciation clarity, steady volume, and minimal background noise.
