I need an R Studio Expert in linear regression

I am trying to run linear regression and show an interaction. My Research question is “Are residential care communities who use telemedicine or telehealth at decreased risk for COVID-19 deaths compared with Adult Day Service Centers without telemedicine or telehealth over two years?” I need to show an interaction between "used telemedicine/telehealth" and "COVID-19 deaths" but they are both under the same column. I also would like to compare the values in the two different settings of adult service centers and residential care communities. I am open to changing my research question as long as you can find a way to use linear or logistic regression with the data. I will attach documents that can help. Thank you
