Supply Chain Assignment Arena Simulation and Excel

My supply chain assignment requires a case study that involved issues facing the supply chain of any company from my choice. We are required to solve some of the identified issues such as (high inventory level, total distance travelled, number of products delivered, customer service…etc) using Excel “Linear programming” and Arena Simulation.
