Python Optimization Engine Developer

I'm seeking a Python developer to create a Cutting Stock optimization engine for corrugated manufacturing.
Key Requirements:
- Use Linear Programming (preferably Google OR-Tools or PuLP)
- Implement APIs/webhooks for integration (REST API preferred)
- Employ bin-packing algorithms for roll-stock two-knife order pairing automation
Prioritize:
- Optimization algorithm accuracy
