Optimization of supply chain/ Cplex Gurobi optimizer

I have a project with aim of optimizing a supply chain to reduce costs and losses. A mathematical model has been developed for this aim.
I need help with solving the model using Python programming and Cplex/ Gurobi optimizer. Python code has been developed with some errors to be fixed.
The requirements are: solving the model, Computational Result Analyses, and Discussion, including Sensitivity analysis and managerial insights.
If you have a good experience in optimization, MILP modeling, and Python, msg me, and will discuss the project more.
