I am looking for a GAMS specialist to implement a set of algorithms from an article of economics and statistics.

Timeline: I would like the project to be completed within 2 weeks.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in GAMS programming language
- Experience with implementing algorithms from research articles
- Familiarity with mathematical optimization and modeling
- Ability to effectively translate algorithms into GAMS code
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately implement complex algorithms
