GAMS Coder needed for implementing a set of algorithms from an Article -- 2

I am looking for a GAMS coder to implement a set of algorithms from an article in economics and statistics. The article will be handed over to you. i would need the final result and a report at the end describing the possible problems a person can incur while implementing these algorithms in GAMS.

Programming Language: GAMS

Article: Yes, I have the article that contains the algorithms and data set and you have to take the data from the article and algorithms as well. The article will be handed over to you.

Timeline: I would like the project to be completed within 2 weeks.

Skills and experience:
Good proficiency in GAMS programming language
Experience with implementing algorithms from research articles
Familiarity with mathematical optimization and modeling
ability to effectively translate algorithms into GAMS code
Attention to detail and ability to accurately implement complex algorithms

I would also like a short report at the end with all the issues faced while implementing these models and what can be done better.
