I need a lighting designer

A commercial 1700 sq ft space in Seattle that will be a retail bridal boutique so good lighting is important. Currently only has canned lighting but I’m worried that won’t be flattering so I think I need track lighting and sconces for decor and softening the light. There are big windows in the front and small frosted windows in the back. The space is 28’ wide by 60’ deep
