Toronto Residential Real Estate Photography
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need crisp, magazine-quality photos of a Toronto residential listing and I’m on a tight timeline. Only traditional, ground-based shots are required—no drone work or 360-degree tours this time—so please come equipped with a full-frame DSLR or mirrorless body, a sharp wide-angle lens, tripod, and any portable lighting you like to use for interiors.
The property will be ready for access this week and I’d like to shoot as soon as possible. After the session, I’ll need 20-30 fully edited images with straight verticals, balanced exposure (HDR blending is fine), and natural colours. Please deliver two sets: MLS-ready JPEGs and full-resolution versions for print, preferably within 48 hours of the shoot.
