Professional Film Lighting Setup

I'm looking for an experienced lighting technician to set up and manage lighting for a series of radio filming sessions. The shoots will be both indoors and outdoors, and we currently have no lighting equipment.
Key Requirements:

- Ability to design and implement a lighting plan that ensures high-quality visuals.
