I need a skilled real-estate photographer to capture my rental house in a fresh, modern style that will stand out on Airbnb and Zillow. The shoot will focus on three key areas: the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Natural-light techniques, thoughtful staging, and wide-angle compositions are essential so potential tenants immediately feel the space is bright, spacious, and move-in ready.

Deliverables
• 10–15 professionally edited, high-resolution photos of the living room
• 8–12 photos of the kitchen highlighting appliances and counter space
• 12–18 photos covering each bedroom (overall, details, and window/light shots)
• Basic color correction, straight verticals, and distortion-free perspectives
• Final files delivered in both web-optimized JPEG (under 2 MB each) and full-resolution TIFF within three days of the shoot

Please bring suitable lighting gear in case natural light is limited, and ensure you can handle quick retouching (dust removal, wall scuffs, etc.) without making the images look over-processed. Let me know your portfolio link and earliest available shoot date so we can lock in a time.
