I need a skilled property photographer in Washington, DC for a fast, under-one-hour session covering a commercial building’s interior spaces and exterior façade. Access and a concise shot list will be ready when you arrive, so you’ll be able to move quickly while still setting up controlled lighting (natural light, strobes, or an HDR bracket—whatever you prefer) to capture crisp, well-balanced images.
Please plan to bring a full-frame DSLR or mirrorless body, a wide or tilt-shift lens for distortion-free angles, and a sturdy tripod. I’m expecting professional-grade colour accuracy and sharpness suitable for both web and print marketing.
Deliverables
• 15–20 high-resolution, retouched JPEGs
• Corresponding RAW files
• Web-optimised versions (≈2000 px longest side)
• Delivery via Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar within 48 hours of the shoot
Acceptance criteria: evenly lit photos with true-to-life colours, no lens distortion, and complete coverage of all requested areas.
