I need a wall art Lighting designer

I have a 34x41 framed art piece I have hung on my dining room wall the ceiling is 10 feet, electrical installation should be very easy there now is a light switch right of the hanging and the house is new construction and easy to access over the room I want to use a low wattage lighting set up but I need to determine what light unit that will work the best can you help with this service
