I need a design consultation for a new home build using HALO lighting

THis a for a new house. I want LED lighting and want some level of smart control (Alexa, Bluetooth). My builder has a plan from his usual designer, who also supplies non-smart fixtures. I want that plan revised into something using HALO or other relativley low cost smat system.
