Urgent Lighting & Landscape Plans -- 2

A complete site lighting layout and matching landscape planting plan are both needed on a 24-hour turnaround. I will supply the base CAD file and any surveys the moment the project is awarded; the task is to layer in all lighting fixtures, wiring runs, planting beds, and hard-edge outlines so that the sheets are ready for permit and contractor pricing the next day.

Please prepare:
• One sheet showing fixture locations, call-outs, and a concise legend keyed to wattage and mounting height.
• One sheet illustrating planting zones, species tags, and any hardscape boundaries that tie into the lighting concept.

PDFs for quick review plus the editable DWG (or compatible) files are required at hand-off. Experience with AutoCAD or Revit, plus a solid grasp of photometric best-practice, will help you get this done fast and clean.
