The Epic WPB - Kitchen

We have a teaching kitchen, in a residential, historic building, that is being used for live streaming. We want to use uplighting, to diffuse off the white ceiling, to get good lighting, without direct lighting shadows on the food, equipment, etc. on the tables. We need someone to do a lumens calculation to determine how many of the uplights that we want to use we will need to do a proper coverage of the room.
