Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

We are seeking a highly experienced commercial interior designer or architect to deliver a fully execution-ready interior and exterior design package for a specialty coffee shop.
The scope includes interior spaces, outdoor seating areas, façade design, restrooms, and a closed preparation kitchen.
This is a construction-focused project, not a conceptual or visualization-only assignment.
Only designers with proven experience in specialty cafés or commercial hospitality projects should apply.
⸻

• The design must support specialty coffee operations, including clear coffee bar visibility, efficient barista workflow, and customer interaction with the brewing process.
• This is a functional commercial space, not an artistic or experimental concept.
⸻
Furniture & Layout Plans
• Provide accurate, execution-ready furniture and layout plans strictly based on the provided architectural drawings.
• Full compliance with fixed dimensions, column locations, ceiling height, and entry points is mandatory.
• Clearly define circulation paths, ordering area, coffee bar zone, indoor seating, and outdoor seating areas.
• No structural or architectural modifications are allowed.
⸻

• Full interior renders for all internal spaces.
• Exterior façade renders.
• Outdoor seating area renders.
• Multiple angles for each area (wide, medium, and close-up).
• All renders must exactly match the technical drawings.
• AI-only visuals or visuals not backed by technical drawings will be rejected.
⸻
Technical Drawings (Execution-Ready)

Electrical Layout

⸻
Specialty Coffee Bar Equipment Layout
• Detailed coffee bar equipment layout including espresso machines, grinders, brewing stations, washing area, and storage.
• Proper operational clearances and ergonomic workflow for baristas.
• Layout must follow specialty coffee workflow standards, not generic café layouts.

• One female restroom
• Restroom design must include:
• Space planning
• Execution-ready drawings
