AS1158 Outdoor Lighting Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a compliant lighting layout for a small utility area that is under 100 m². The sole purpose is to keep workers safe when they access the space at night, so all calculations and mounting positions must meet Australian Standard AS1158 for this type of site.
Please run the photometry in DiaLux; Relux or AGi32 is perfectly fine if you prefer, as long as the final values and documentation are traceable to the software’s native calculation files.
What I will call complete:
• A clear plan view showing lighting positions, aiming angles and mounting heights
• Isolux contours or false-colour lux plot demonstrating compliance with the specified AS1158 category
• A luminaire schedule with part numbers, lamp data and power consumption
• The software project file so I can audit the inputs
If anything in the standard looks borderline once you model it, let me know early so we can adjust fittings or positions before you lock in the report.
