New Build Electrical Plan Design

I am finalising the design of a residential new-build in the west of Ireland and now need a fully coordinated electrical plan. The house footprint, room schedule and architectural drawings are ready; what I’m missing is a clear set of circuit layouts, switching logic and lighting positions that satisfy current Irish regulations and make day-to-day living intuitive.

Your task
• Develop a complete electrical plan from my PDFs/DWG files, covering power, data, AV and lighting circuits.
• Indicate socket, switch and fitting locations, load calculations, board schedules and any specialist wiring (EV charger, PV, heat-pump, smart-home).
• Provide layered CAD files plus a print-ready A1 set.

While the electrical drawings are the priority, if you can also refine the lighting plan or advise on spatial tweaks that improve cable runs, let me know—we can add that as a follow-on.

What will catch my eye is proven experience delivering residential electrical drawings for Ireland or the UK. Point me to 2–3 comparable projects and outline the software you work in (AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, etc.). No lengthy proposal needed; crisp examples and a short note on how you’ll approach compliance and homeowner usability will do.
