I am looking for an experienced interior designer to create a complete living room interior design for a residential house. The design should be practical, modern, and aesthetically appealing, with a good balance between functionality and style.

• Material and finish suggestions
• Sofa & Seating Layout
• Sofa type and size recommendations
• Layout planning to suit the room dimensions
• Accent chairs / side tables if required
• False Ceiling Design
• Modern false ceiling concepts
• Cove lighting / recessed lighting suggestions
• Lighting layout and placement
• Lighting Design
• Ambient, task, and accent lighting
• Suggestions for LED profiles, spotlights, and decorative lights
• Colour Palette & Material Selection
• Wall colours / textures
• Flooring compatibility (existing flooring will be provided)
• Fabric and finish coordination
• Soft Furnishings & Décor
• Curtain design and colour suggestions
• Rugs / carpets
• Wall art or decorative elements

Deliverables Expected:
• 2D layout plans
• 3D views / renders of the living room
• Material and colour specifications
• Basic dimensioned drawings for execution
• Lighting layout plan

Additional Information:
• Room dimensions and photos will be shared after finalising the designer
• Design should be easy to execute with locally available materials
