Modern Home Interior Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Construction on my 2,900–3,000 sq ft house near Ladwa, Haryana has just begun, and I want to lock in a complete, Modern-style interior design before the walls go up. I’m looking for a professional who can take the project from concept to execution drawings, covering every space—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, circulation zones and terraces.
Scope I need you to handle:
• Furniture layout that optimises flow and balances proportions.
• Cohesive colour scheme and material palette in a contemporary vein.
• Lighting plan with fixture specs, layered illumination and detailed switch/socket locations.
• Wall elevations and feature treatments.
• False-ceiling design integrating HVAC and lighting lines.
• Fully detailed modular kitchen and bath designs, including cabinetry, countertop, tile and sanitary selections.
• 3D visuals or walkthroughs so I can sign off before we move to site work.
• Final working drawings ready for my contractor and electrician.
If you have on-site coordination services or vendor ties in North India, let me know—that would be a plus.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Concept mood boards approved by me.
2. Scaled CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, RCP, electrical) delivered in DWG/PDF.
3. At least three photorealistic renders per major space.
4. All selections listed with make/model or local alternatives so sourcing is seamless.
